Smooth functioning of Dept.
Team training about Soft skill & product
Day to day team work allocation – Day task assigning
Team Query solving
Monitor Team calling (Bad / Improper communication to be improve).
Non-commitment with customer to be identify & clear
Follow up with customer to be on time
Coordination with Internal Dept. for customer query
Lead generated by Team forward to respective Branch / Associate / Desk & Follow up for the same
Customer Query solving if not solved by Team members
Push team to achieving daily calling target & get optimum result
Calling HNI / Important customers
Handling Day to day customer query desk.
Guiding customer about existing product of company.
Effective Reporting at the EOD like Team Member wise, Calling project wise, per day calling, pending follow ups etc.
Skills required in inter-personal, Sales, Public Relations, Leadership, Negotiation, Marketing, Business Generation.
A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
