Job Description

Head of US Sales Operations – Noida

Location:

What You’ll Do

Build and scale a
200+ seat US sales operation
from the ground up.
Lead managers, trainers, QA, and WFM to deliver consistent performance.
Own the end-to-end sales funnel:
lead response, qualification, appointments, onboarding, retention
.
Deploy the
best global tool stack
— Salesforce/HubSpot, Five9/Genesys/NICE, ServiceTitan/Workiz, Zendesk/Freshdesk.
Implement
world-class training (V&A, compliance, sales coaching)
and AI-driven performance systems.
Partner with US leadership teams, present in MBRs/QBRs, and deliver
hard ROI outcomes
.

What We’re Looking For

12–18 years
of leadership in US-facing sales operations.
Proven ability to
scale 200+ seat operations
with consistent ROI.
Hands-on expertise with CRM, dialers, QA, and global compliance.
Exceptional communication, cultural fluency, and data-driven decision making.
A leader who inspires people and creates systems that scale.
