Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and investments.
Lead internal and statutory audits.
Oversee taxation (direct and indirect), general accounting, AP/AR, and asset management.
Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Mentor and lead the finance team.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

CA
1520 years’ experience in manufacturing companies, including 5+ years in a leadership role heading Finance & Accounts.
Preferred industry: Automobile, Auto Ancillary, or Manufacturing.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in a multicultural or multinational environment preferred.
