Role Title: Head Power Electronics Manufacturing Unit Location: Neemrana Reports To: COO / Manufacturing Head Role Purpose: To lead the operations of the Power Electronics Manufacturing Unit with full accountability for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people. Drive process excellence, digital adoption, and new product industrialization in alignment with business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing of power electronic products (e.g., inverters, converters, UPS). Ensure adherence to quality standards (IPC, ISO) and compliance protocols. Oversee production planning, capacity utilisation, inventory management, and cost optimization. Collaborate with R&D on New Product Introduction (NPI) and scale-up to volume manufacturing. Drive process improvement through lean, TPM, and automation initiatives. Build and mentor high-performance teams with a strong safety and performance culture. Manage stakeholder communication and reporting to senior management. Qualifications & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics; M.Tech or MBA preferred. 15+ years in electronics manufacturing with at least 5 years in power electronics leadership. Experience with lean, TPM, MES/ERP systems is essential.
Exp in lead acid battery Drive warranty, BOM cost & process improvements. Deliver new product/process development & tech implementation on time. Lead prototypes,pilot runs & validations. Ensure compliance, audits & standards for RM,process & product.
