Designation: Head of Technology Qualification: Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent & MBA or equivalent Location: Pune Experience: 20 Years Qualification and key skills: Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering from leading institutions Overall 20+ years experience in IT and High Tech domain – mostly in Technology architecture/ CTO office function roles Proven experience in architecting and deploying secure IoT devices and platforms. Knowledgeable about Internet of Things/Wireless Sensor Networks, Cloud Computing, Scalability, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Big Data, Web & Mobile App Development Familiar with different Connectivity Protocols: MQTT, CoAP, XMPP, ZigBee, WiFi, WirelessHART, Bluetooth LE, BacNet, Matter, Thread etc Experience in working in Incubator/Labs, prototype development, technology incubation, concept to creation deliveries, technical thought leadership. Good to have domain expertise in Smart Buildings/Real Estate/ Home Automation domain Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of enabling teamwork. Proven ability to build coalitions and develop strong partnerships across functions. Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Experienced of managing staff and geographically diverse onshore and offshore consultants. An "execution mindset" leader, focused on getting things done quickly and simply. Show more Show less
