Functional Knowledge

• Own the design, implementation, documentation, assessment and monitoring of entire Tax department.

• Sound knowledge in Direct Tax India and International

• Knowledge of transfer pricing and experience in dealing TP assessment

• Knowledge on GST / International VAT/GST

• Able to handle Tax Assessments both India and outside India

• Proactive thinking on Tax impact in line with business and Geo

• Positive outlook to solve past issue and guide management with alternate solution

• Very good network with consultants

• Work collaboratively with business and process owners to implement various new initiatives

Actively engage with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth resolution of all relevant risks and audit findings

Soft Skill:

• Very good communication skill


• Good articulation skill

Experience:

CA with 12-15 years of experience in similar field

Industry:

• IT preferable

Location : Gurgaon
