Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for the Head of Supply Chain Management, based in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing supply chain operations, managing procurement activities, ensuring smooth logistics, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Head of Supply Chain Management will lead cross-functional teams, build and maintain relationships with suppliers, and ensure alignment of supply chain goals with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management, with expertise in inventory control, logistics, and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency in Procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost management.
• Strong Team Leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and managing cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated focus on delivering high-quality Customer Service and maintaining client/vendor satisfaction.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Proven track record in implementing supply chain improvements, with experience in the transport or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
