Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Gujarat, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, scheduling meetings with potential clients, presenting product solutions, negotiating deals, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure client requirements are met. Qualifications Strong understanding of Sales and Business Development principles Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting Capability to work independently as well as part of a team Prior experience in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
