Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring sales and margins as per agreed budgets.
Training, motivating and managing performance of team members.
Responsible for Visual Merchandising and mystery shopping scores at the store
Establishing relations and networking with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach
Keeping updated on new products, brand developments and industry news.
Ensuring that operations stay in accordance with SOPs & ICP.
Be the administrative in-charge of the store.

Must be passionate about delivering friendly and responsive customer service.
Must have excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
Must be energetic, proactive and goal oriented.
Must have a strong sense of discipline and be eager to learn.
Must have high standards of personal grooming and have a friendly manner.
Must be able to motivate his team and demand performance.

Skills & Qualification

5-7 years of experience preferably in retail of premium brand with last 2-3 years in managing of showroom.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
