Head of Sourcing/ Supply

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sourcing Manager to assist our Operations, who will play a crucial role in optimizing our Logistic operations. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to enhance our logistics services. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about logistics and supply chain management for our 3PL business in 2 Wheeler and 3 Wheeler EV.. Roles & Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient sourcing of drivers for 2 Wheelers and 3 Wheeler. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives, with a focus on cost optimization and quality improvement. Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and terms to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms while minimizing risks. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement, driving efficiency within the supply chain. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging suppliers to identify potential partners and stay ahead in the market. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the quality and consistency of sourced products and services. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, warehousing, and transportation, to align sourcing activities with overall company objectives. Continuously monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards. Who should apply: Minimum 6 years in supply chain/sourcing ecosystem Proven experience in sourcing of resources, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry. Ready to work in a fast growing company Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools. Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
