Roles & Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient sourcing of drivers for 2 Wheelers and 3 Wheeler. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives, with a focus on cost optimization and quality improvement. Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and terms to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms while minimizing risks. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement, driving efficiency within the supply chain. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging suppliers to identify potential partners and stay ahead in the market.
