As part of WebCastle's vision to revolutionize the eCommerce landscape, StoreDaDa is being developed to empower businesses with scalable, tech-driven solutions tailored for diverse markets. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales and Operations to spearhead the business growth and operational efficiency of StoreDaDa. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a solid background in IT/eCommerce sales and multi-functional operations leadership. Your role will be pivotal in boosting revenue growth, streamlining internal systems, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the platform's success in both the Indian and international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Business Development & Market Expansion: Identifying and leveraging growth opportunities in the Indian and international eCommerce markets, analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competition to devise effective go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with marketing to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads. - Sales Leadership: Mentoring the sales team to achieve revenue targets, designing and executing sales strategies for domestic and global markets, and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth. - Operational Management: Supervising daily operations across various departments such as Sales, Technology, Customer Support, and Logistics, ensuring operational workflows align with strategic objectives, monitoring KPIs, and implementing improvement practices to enhance productivity and service delivery. - Technology Integration & Product Oversight: Ensuring seamless integration of StoreDaDa's technological stack with sales and customer service processes, coordinating with product and engineering teams to maintain product performance, and overseeing customer onboarding processes for a user-friendly experience. - Customer Success & Retention: Leading initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, analyzing customer feedback for service improvement, and advocating for customer needs to influence product enhancements. - Brand Strategy & Market Positioning: Collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to strengthen StoreDaDa's brand positioning in the eCommerce industry, representing the company at industry events and partnerships to expand market presence and brand trust. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to inspire and lead cross-functional teams. - IT Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in IT/eCommerce sales with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion. - Technical Acumen: Proficiency in technology, including IT stacks, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and eCommerce platforms. - Operational Excellence: Experience in managing operations with a focus on process optimization, scalability, and customer satisfaction. - Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills in building and retaining high-performance teams. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies and execute them efficiently in a dynamic environment. Preferred Experience: - 8+ years in IT/eCommerce sales and operations. - Experience in international market expansion and cross-border commerce. - Exposure to startup or high-growth environments is advantageous.
