About the Role

This is a pivotal, fully remote leadership role. We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to build, lead, and inspire our sales department from the ground up. You will be the architect of our growth strategy, taking full ownership of the sales function. You will mentor our existing team, overhaul our processes, and personally drive the charge to open new markets. Role & responsibilities

  1. Lead & Build the Team:

    Take charge of the sales function, with responsibility for mentoring the current team and scaling the department by hiring, training, and developing a high-performing, remote-first sales force.
  2. Architect the Sales Engine:

    Design, implement, and optimize a scalable sales process from the ground up from lead generation and CRM management to closing and account management.
  3. Drive Revenue & Market Growth:

    Take ownership of the company's revenue targets. Personally drive and close key accounts while pioneering market entry for our LMS and Workshop solutions.
  4. Strategic Execution:

    Develop and execute a data-driven sales plan. You'll define key metrics, create forecasts, and report directly to the leadership on progress and strategy.
  5. Be the Voice of the Customer:

    Translate market feedback and customer insights into actionable strategies that directly shape our product development and overall company growth.

Preferred candidate profile

An accomplished sales leader with 8-10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales. Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and growing a sales team, preferably in a remote setting. A strategic "builder" who has successfully created or overhauled sales processes. While L&D, EdTech, or SaaS industry experience is a plus, we welcome leaders from any industry with fresh ideas. An outstanding communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging C-level clients both virtually and in person.

  • An outstanding communicator and negotiator, with the executive presence to engage with C-level clients both virtually and in person (some travel may be required).
