This is a pivotal, fully remote leadership role. We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to build, lead, and inspire our sales department from the ground up. You will be the architect of our growth strategy, taking full ownership of the sales function. You will mentor our existing team, overhaul our processes, and personally drive the charge to open new markets. An accomplished sales leader with 8-10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales. Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and growing a sales team, preferably in a remote setting. A strategic "builder" who has successfully created or overhauled sales processes. While L&D, EdTech, or SaaS industry experience is a plus, we welcome leaders from any industry with fresh ideas. An outstanding communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging C-level clients both virtually and in person.
