Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a nationwide sales and marketing strategy for our CNC Plasma, Welding Automation, and upcoming Laser Welding & Cutting machines. Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive B2B sales growth. Establish and manage a high-performing sales team to penetrate the market effectively. Build and strengthen relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and OEMs. Oversee digital marketing, branding, and lead generation activities. Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitors, and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Work closely with the technical and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. Drive sales targets and ensure overall business growth. Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in industrial automation, welding, plasma cutting, or CNC machinery. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business expansion. Willingness to travel across India as required. Engineering or business degree preferred, but experience and a results-driven mindset matter more.
