Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for PEB products across assigned regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and warehouse building projects.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and end customers.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, BOQs, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and MIS reporting to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or similar (preferred).
  • 8–15 years of sales experience in PEB industry.
  • Strong network in industrial construction / PEB / steel structures domain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales revenue
