Role Overview

Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for FRP lay-up products in automotive, transport, and public utility sectors.
• Drive customer acquisition across OEMs, state transport bodies, coach builders, and metro rail vendors.
• Collaborate with design & production teams to deliver market-ready product solutions.
• Create marketing materials, product sheets, and presentations for FRP applications.
• Represent the company at expos, auto shows, B2B trade fairs, and industry events.
• Support R&D in product development, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy.
• Build and maintain client relationships with consultants, transport authorities, and vendors.
• Track and participate in tenders for FRP bus panels, cladding, modular covers, etc.
• Lead a small sales & marketing team, maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and business updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Polymer / FRP Engineering (Preferred).
• MBA in Marketing / Business Development.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales & marketing of FRP, automotive, or transport-related components.
• Strong technical understanding of FRP lay-up molding processes and transport-grade finishing standards.
• Experience with state transport undertakings, coach manufacturers, or railway-approved vendors is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.

Compensation

As per industry standards, negotiable based on experience.
