Chemmech Rubbers & Engineers — a trusted name in precision-engineered rubber products serving the tyre industry, allied sectors, and industrial applications — is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our business growth journey.

*🔹 Key Responsibilities*

Strategic Leadership, Business Development, Sales Operations & Team Management

*🔹 Preferred Background (Min. 10 Years Experience)*

Knowledge of rubber product manufacturing (e.g., bladders, diaphragms, seals)

Exposure in process, application and Technical service of industrial rubber product of tyre and other automobile sector

Exposure to international markets and export sales would be an added advantage

🔹 Qualifications

MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Polymer, or related field) or BSc/MSc in Polymer/Chemical
