Head of Sales - IT & Managed Services

As an experienced professional in IT infrastructure services, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of IT services including Remote Infrastructure Management, Technical Help Desk/Service Desk, Data Centre Operations/Services, Cloud solutions, IT Service Management, Info Sec (Cyber Sec.), Networking, Firewall, Wintel, etc. Your role will involve directly hunting and securing new clients, with a focus on developing relationships with key decision-makers in target segments/organizations to drive business development. You should have a proven track record of selling multi-year contracts to renowned customers and be able to influence key stakeholders while serving as the primary technical contact for customers. Your key responsibilities will include managing sales operations to drive top-line profitability by optimizing resource utilization. You should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, along with a strong understanding of customer relationship management. Additionally, you should have a solid conceptual knowledge of various IT infrastructure technologies and the ability to translate customer business issues into technical requirements. Experience in working with enterprise and mid-size customers, as well as a global exposure to business processes, will be essential for this role.
