Head of Sales - Industrial Doors

Leading Industrial Door Manufacturing Company

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies for industrial door products
Lead sales operations across multiple regions and product lines including High Speed Rolling Shutters, Sectional Doors, and Fire Rated Systems
Set annual sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for the entire sales organization
Drive market expansion strategies and identify new business verticals
Collaborate with senior management on business planning and growth initiatives
Establish pricing strategies and policies across different market segments

Sales Operations Management

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing national sales team including regional managers and sales executives
Oversee sales performance across all territories and ensure target achievement
Implement sales processes, systems, and best practices across the organization
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape
Develop and execute channel partner strategies and dealer network expansion
Manage key national accounts and strategic client relationships
