at Procedure. We are a product development company established in early 2017. Before we dive into the job description, allow us to introduce ourselves.

Here s what we expect from you as the Head of Sales & Growth.
Core Purpose
Own the
Demand loop
(Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) so Procedure consistently finds and closes the right kind of business with its ICP.
Outcomes You Own
- Predictable new bookings and expansion by quarter
- High-quality pipeline (ICP, right ticket sizes, strong win rate)
- Increasing share of revenue from target ICP/markets (e.g., US product / AI-heavy)
- Content and brand engine that generates inbound SQLs over time
- No margin or feasibility surprises for Delivery and Finance
Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Offers
- Define ICPs, segments, target geos, and industries
- Co-create service offerings and rate cards with Delivery & CEO
Sales (New Logos + Expansion)
- Own sales process, methodology, and deal reviews
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
Marketing (Brand, Content & Demand)
- Own integrated marketing roadmap (website, content, social, email, events)
- Design and run content marketing and social media strategy for ICP
- Operationalise Founder-led and SME-led content (interviews, case breakdowns, playbooks, talks/podcasts)
- Run ABM and campaigns for target enterprise accounts
Partnerships / Alliances
- Identify and manage strategic partners
- Drive co-marketing and co-selling motions
Cross-functional Alignment
- Align Sales, Marketing, Delivery, People & Talent on shared targets
- Share demand forecasts for capacity planning
