Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in New Delhi/Lucknow. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, managing sales teams, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, managing key accounts, and mentoring and guiding sales staff to meet and exceed company objectives.


Qualifications

  • Prior Experience with Software/IT Sales with at least 10-15 years experience and strong industry connect
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Team Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
