Job Description

The head of Sales will oversee the development and execution of the company's sales strategy, manage the sales team, and build strong client relationships. This role requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the testing industry and experience in regulated sectors. Candidates from pharma, healthcare, telecom, and hospitality industries are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. - Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients across pharma, telecom, healthcare, diagnostics, and hospitality sectors. - Identify new business opportunities and market trends. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management. - Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on sales initiatives. Qualifications: - Proven sales leadership experience in the testing/analytical industry/Pharma/Telecom/Healthcare/Hospitality Industries or related sectors. - 20+ years of experience working in pharma, healthcare, telecom, or hospitality industries. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field. MBA preferred. - Results-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth.
