Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales and Marketing for Luxury Cosmetic Products located in Palakkad. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing sales and marketing teams, overseeing account management, utilizing analytical skills for strategic decision-making, and implementing effective sales management strategies.

• Sales and Sales Management experience in Luxury Cosmetics / related products
• Team Management and Leadership abilities
• Account Management proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the wellness or sustainable industry is a plus
