What You’ll Do

* Lead, inspire, and grow a talented team of analysts across diverse sectors.

* Deliver *deep, actionable insights* and forward-looking investment strategies.

* Be the face of our research at investor meets, conferences, and media interactions.

* Strengthen our research brand with high-quality reports, thematic studies & sectoral coverage.

* Partner with sales & trading teams to drive client impact.

* Spot market trends early and innovate with new research approaches.

What We’re Looking For

* *10+ years of hands-on experience in Indian equity research*, having risen from the grassroots level.

* Proven track record of publishing *influential, respected research*.

* Strong sector knowledge + exceptional modeling & valuation expertise.

* A *people leader* who can mentor, inspire, and retain top talent.

* Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complexity and tell a compelling story.

* CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.

* Must be based in *Chennai (onsite role)*.
