Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Sales) located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, identifying client needs and challenges, and proposing appropriate products and services. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, providing sales support, devising sales strategies, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Management skills
NISM Certification - Mandatory
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
Problem-solving and Analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
