Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for the Head of Recruitment. The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for leading the recruiting team, managing the hiring process, developing and implementing employer branding strategies, and overseeing graduate recruitment. This role involves coordinating with department heads to identify recruitment needs and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with company objectives.

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Employer Branding and developing recruitment strategies
• Strong Interviewing skills
• Knowledge of Graduate Recruitment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the Contact Centre industry is a plus
