Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Quality based in Kotputli Plant. The Head of Quality will oversee and implement quality assurance processes, ensure adherence to high-quality standards, and conduct quality audits. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, analyzing data to improve product quality, and managing quality control systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Management practices
• Experience in Quality Auditing and Quality Assurance processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes
• Ability to establish and maintain high standards for product safety and compliance
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
