-Assist in planning and organizing daily production schedules.
-Supervise shop floor teams.
-Monitor product quality and ensure standards are met.
-Coordinate with stores, design, and dispatch for smooth workflow.
-Support training and development of workers.
-Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed.
-Report production progress and highlight any issues.
-Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
-2+ years of experience in manufacturing (preferably trailers, automotive, or heavy equipment).
-Basic knowledge of welding, fabrication, and assembly processes.
-Good leadership and communication skills.
-Hands-on, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
