Purpose Of The Position
Monitoring of the integrated management system according to IMS (ISO 9001, 14001,45001) for the E+H TS IN, for the purpose of a certified management system that can adapt to the changing requirements and comply with the applicable rules. Continuously optimize the effectiveness of the management system using objectives, audit results, data analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and management assessment.The stakeholders for this role will be based out of production centers in Germany, Italy, United States, China and sales offices in India, Southeast Asia, Australia, South Africa, Middle East.

Process Descriptions
- Ensure that the management system complies with the requirements of the international management system standards x001 (ISO 9001, 14001,45001).
- Ensure that the changes are effectively integrated into the management system and lead to continuous improvement.
Audits
- Conduct internal audits to regularly review the effectiveness of the management system.
- Coordinate external audits with the certification bodies
- Ensure the implementation of resulting corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
Complaint Management
- Ensure effective complaint management by implementing corrective and preventative actions and by analyzing the root causes to avoid repetitive complaints. Ensure tracking of complaints in the complaint database.
- Conduct regular Customer feedback survey for supplies from Endress+Hauser Temperature System India.
Quality Planning
Supplier qualification inbound inspection,
- Plan and carry out quality planning in the context of global sourcing projects.
- Coordinate or carry out part releases internally and externally.
- Creating quality plans
- Ensure that the deliveries from suppliers are according to the quality requirements and that the acceptance criteria (working instruction) for the goods receipt are defined.
KAIZEN
- Support and stimulate Kaizen activities within function and the organization.
Budget planning
- Contributing to the timely preparation of the budget for your own area in compliance with the budget planning guidelines.
Leadership & Department Management
- Leading Quality Management function
- Disciplinary and professional management of the assigned employees based on the Endress + Hauser culture & values and the leadership competence model as well as motivation, recognition and support of the employees.
- Conducting regular discussions with employees and ensuring successful collaboration with all areas of the company.
