Job Summary:

Quality Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all quality control and assurance activities within the plant.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and client requirements.
• Develop, implement, and manage quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
• Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
• Conduct audits (internal and external), supplier quality checks, and customer complaint analysis.
• Train and mentor the QA/QC team to improve skill levels and performance.
• Coordinate with clients regarding quality expectations and reporting.
• Collaborate with R&D and technical teams for process improvement and innovation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in quality control/assurance in a chemical or electroplating manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electroplating processes, surface treatment, and chemical handling.
• Ability to manage deadlines under pressure while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Committed, disciplined, and highly organized in day-to-day work.
