Job description: Define and drive the organization-wide quality strategy aligned with corporate goals and industry leadership aspirations. Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards across all units. Oversee and continuously improve company-wide Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO, GMP, Six Sigma, and regulatory compliance. Plan and conduct internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for certifications and regulatory evaluations. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—R&D, Production, and Supply Chain—to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle. Develop and track quality KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and report to senior leadership. Address customer complaints and feedback proactively to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Ensure adherence to product and workplace safety standards by implementing and monitoring safety protocols. Manage, mentor, and develop quality teams across plant, regional, and corporate levels to enhance capability and performance. Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across all geographies and business units. Interface with key customers and regulatory bodies to communicate and resolve quality-related matters. Manage supplier quality programs, including audits, assessments, and continuous improvement efforts. Identify and mitigate quality and safety risks to ensure consistent product excellence. Lead preparations for prestigious quality awards and ensure the organization is well-positioned for recognition.
