Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Head to lead our quality control and assurance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the chemical or electroplating industry, with hands-on experience in managing both quality and production workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning production processes with client expectations and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all quality control and assurance activities within the plant. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and client requirements. Develop, implement, and manage quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation. Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines without compromising quality. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal SOPs. Conduct audits (internal and external), supplier quality checks, and customer complaint analysis. Train and mentor the QA/QC team to improve skill levels and performance. Coordinate with clients regarding quality expectations and reporting. Collaborate with R&D and technical teams for process improvement and innovation. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience (7+ years) in quality control/assurance in a chemical or electroplating manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of electroplating processes, surface treatment, and chemical handling. Ability to manage deadlines under pressure while maintaining strict quality standards. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Committed, disciplined, and highly organized in day-to-day work.
