Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mech or Civil

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Greenfield and Brownfield projects within time, cost, and quality parameters. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and regulatory departments to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of Greenfield and Brownfield industrial projects.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with multiple functions — Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Regulatory bodies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement project management best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in Project Management (minimum 15 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera or equivalent project management tools.
• Exposure to Power Plant setup will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry / Domain / Course:

PMP Certification preferred
