🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production cycle from cutting to finishing
Drive efficiency, output quality, and on-time delivery
Lead and manage production teams across multiple units
Implement lean manufacturing and best shop floor practices
Coordinate with planning, merchandising, and technical teams

15–20 years of experience in garment production
