Channel Head – WiFi & Networking Products Reports To: VP – Sales / Business Head – Networking Solutions Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Head to lead and scale our channel sales strategy for WiFi and networking products , including Access Points, Routers, Switches, and Wireless Backhaul solutions such as Point-to-Point (P2P) and Point-to-Multipoint (P2MP) devices. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with channel partners, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth across targeted markets. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage key channel partners (distributors, system integrators, resellers) for WiFi and wireless networking products. Define and execute channel programs and incentive structures to drive partner engagement and performance. Build regional distribution strategies for P2P/P2MP wireless backhaul and access infrastructure products. Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the channel sales target and drive revenue growth across product lines. Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to plan joint GTM campaigns, product launches, and regional events. Analyze market dynamics and competition to optimize pricing, positioning, and channel penetration. Product Focus & Technical Engagement: Promote and grow the sales of enterprise-grade and industrial WiFi Access Points , Routers , Managed Switches , and Wireless Bridge Solutions (P2P/P2MP). Ensure channel partners are trained and technically enabled to represent the products effectively. Coordinate with product and engineering teams for channel-specific feedback and roadmap inputs. Operational & Strategic Leadership: Create channel KPIs, track performance, and generate regular sales and partner health reports. Lead channel negotiations, annual business plans, and long-term partner growth strategies. Ensure compliance with channel policies, pricing discipline, and partner satisfaction. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 14+ years of experience in IT/networking product sales, with a strong focus on channel management . Proven experience in handling WiFi , Access Point , Router , Managed Switch , and P2P/P2MP wireless product lines. Strong network of channel contacts in the telecom, enterprise, ISP, and system integrator ecosystem. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and drive regional expansion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with OEMs or telecom/networking product companies.
