To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking a Business Head of Operations who can oversee, optimize, and scale our operational excellence.

Position Overview

The Business Head of Operations will be the driving force behind the day-to-day efficiency and long-term scalability of ReCorporate. This individual will lead multiple departments—ranging from client servicing and compliance to administration and technology integration—ensuring seamless execution of our projects while setting new benchmarks for quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
• Oversee all operational functions, ensuring alignment with ReCorporate’s growth strategy and service excellence vision.
• Process Optimization:

Develop, refine, and implement systems that enhance efficiency across client onboarding, licensing, visa processing, banking, and compliance.Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams including sales support, admin, compliance, and client services.Establish KPIs, track progress, and generate reports for the CEO/Board highlighting operational performance, bottlenecks, and new opportunities.Ensure every client touchpoint reflects ReCorporate’s commitment to smooth, transparent, and reliable business setup services.Stay updated on UAE’s business laws, free zone updates, and government regulations to ensure 100% compliance in operations.Work closely with tech teams (CRM, digital banking, and trading platform solutions) to adopt modern tools for process automation.Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
