Job Description

Head of Operations

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Veterinarian to lead our clinical operations and make a lasting impact on animal lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage procurement of medicines, medical equipment, and consumables.
  • Oversee warehouse operations in Naigaon, including storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution to partner centers and clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Implement SOPs, quality standards, and compliance measures for pharmaceutical operations.
  • Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
  • Manage and train warehouse and procurement teams.


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical supply operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procurement processes.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
