Head of MICE

As the Head of MICE at a leading Travel Management Company based in Mumbai (Andheri East), your role is crucial in leading and growing the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions vertical. You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall MICE strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Your focus will be on identifying and expanding business opportunities within corporate, association, and institutional sectors to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership:** - Develop and execute the overall MICE strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Identify and expand business opportunities within corporate, association, and institutional sectors. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors. - Conduct client presentations and pitches for new business opportunities. - **Event Planning & Execution:** - Lead end-to-end management of MICE projects, including conceptualization, budgeting, logistics, and execution. - Ensure seamless delivery of events, adhering to client requirements and service excellence. - **Team Management:** - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing MICE operations team. - Assign tasks and monitor execution to ensure deadlines are met. - **Vendor & Partner Management:** - Negotiate contracts with hotels, venues, travel partners, and other service providers. - Establish strong partnerships with key vendors for competitive pricing and quality service. - **Financial & Budget Control:** - Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality service. - Monitor profitability and resource allocation for projects. - **Market & Industry Trends:** - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the MICE domain. - Innovate service offerings to meet evolving market demands. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Event Management, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field - 8-12+ years of relevant experience in MICE management, preferably within the travel or events industry,
