Hiring for a leading Travel Company: Job Title: Key Accounts Manager (KAM) / Travel Industry Job location: Hyderabad Work days: Mon- Fri Role Overview As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. You will serve as the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, and ensure smooth delivery of our services to drive satisfaction and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with existing key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams (operations, product, finance). Understand client needs and tailor travel solutions accordingly, offering value-added services. Monitor account performance, create reports and conduct regular business reviews with clients. Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and lead upselling or cross-selling efforts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business growth. Resolve client issues effectively and promptly, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 5–8 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector. Proven track record in managing large corporate or B2B accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Total: 7 years (Preferred) Key Accounts Management in Travel Industry: 5 years (Preferred) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
