Job Description

Summary:

Define and execute integrated marketing and revenue enablement strategies across B2C and B2B verticals, aligning marketing objectives with revenue goals and conversion growth.
Build, mentor, and scale a cross-functional marketing organization, including brand, digital, content, analytics, and automation teams.
Lead omni-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, SEO, influencer) for user acquisition and revenue growth across B2C programs.
Develop lead generation funnels and ABM strategies targeting HR, L&D, and corporate stakeholders for B2B initiatives.
Oversee digital performance, optimizing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS) with real-time analytics and attribution models.

Qualifications / Requirements:

8-14 years of marketing leadership experience in EdTech, SaaS, or CareerTech.
Proven record in revenue-focused marketing and funnel optimization.
Deep expertise in B2B & B2C strategy, analytics, and automation ecosystems.
Proficiency in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads, and relevant marketing tools (e.g., MoEngage, GA4, Salesforce).
Strong leadership, communication, and creative judgment.
Strategic thinker with operational excellence and business acumen.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap).
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
