Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role located in Mumbai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing field service support for optical and lens equipment. Daily tasks include maintenance and repair of equipment, offering technical support, and effective communication with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
• Experience in providing Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair
• Relevant technical education or certification
• Previous experience in the optical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
