Head of Maintenance

As an applicant for the various key roles at the uPVC Factory in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: - Efficient material management, inventory control, and coordination with production teams in the Stores Department. - Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, TPM implementation, and digital maintenance systems in the Maintenance Department. - Strong analytical and commercial acumen, vendor management, costing, budgeting, and SAP knowledge preferred in the Commercial / Finance Department. Key Responsibilities: - Manage material efficiently, control inventory, and coordinate with production teams in the Stores Department. - Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot machines, implement TPM, and utilize digital maintenance systems in the Maintenance Department. - Demonstrate strong analytical and commercial skills, manage vendors, handle costing and budgeting, and possess SAP knowledge in the Commercial / Finance Department. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Graduate degree as per the specific role. - Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
