Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and downtime reports. Analyse downtime, quality loss, and suggest improvement measures. Qualifications: Education : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering. Experience : 610 years of experience in a foundry, preferably in a Sinto moulding line; minimum 2 years in a leadership role. Certifications : TPM/Lean Manufacturing certification is an advantage. Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of Sinto moulding technology and sand systems. Strong understanding of TPM principles. Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution.
