Head of Maintenance

Role Overview: As a Maintenance In-Charge at United Bioenergy Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of rotating equipment, gas compressors, pumps, and utilities in a Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant. Your role will involve maintaining and repairing various equipment, planning and executing maintenance activities, troubleshooting mechanical faults, managing spare parts inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team of technicians. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair gas compressors, pumps, blowers, and rotating equipment. - Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance. - Troubleshoot mechanical faults and ensure minimum downtime. - Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement. - Ensure safety compliance and equipment reliability. - Lead a team of technicians and maintain maintenance records. Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering. - 5+ years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance (preferably in CBG, biogas, or process plants). - Hands-on experience in compressor overhaul, pump maintenance, and alignment. - Knowledge of safety protocols and plant operations.
