You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of rotating equipment, gas compressors, pumps, and utilities in a Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant. Your duties will include maintaining and repairing gas compressors, pumps, blowers, and rotating equipment, planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical faults to minimize downtime, managing spare parts inventory and procurement, ensuring safety compliance and equipment reliability, leading a team of technicians, and maintaining maintenance records. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance, preferably in CBG, biogas, or process plants. You should have hands-on experience in compressor overhaul, pump maintenance, and alignment, as well as knowledge of safety protocols and plant operations. You will be joining Shapoorji Pallonji Bumi Armada Offshore Private Limited and SP Armada Oil Exploration Private Limited, both International Safety Award-winning companies based in Mumbai, India. Specializing in providing Floating Production Storage and Offloading facilities to Oil & Gas producing companies in Western Offshore Oil & Gas fields. As a DCS/IT professional, your role will be on-site at FPSO with responsibilities including network administration, information technology tasks, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Shall be a specialist /subject matter expert in any one of the machinery/ package item. Responsible for developing technical requirements, specification and selection of rotatingmachinery, packagedunits, material handling and solids processing systems in compliance with codes and standards. You will be joining Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases as a Service Engineer for Cryogenic pumps, operating in various locations across India and South Asia. Your primary responsibility will involve enhancing the aftermarket business for cryogenic pumps in the assigned territory through activities such as revamps, upgrades, and field services. Your key duties will include overseeing the installation and commissioning of cryogenic pumps for LNG and industrial gas applications, managing annual maintenance contracts, addressing customer complaints promptly, leading troubleshooting and breakdown projects, maintaining technical documentation, and conducting technical audits for spare parts and refurbishments. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with cryogenic pumps, chemical pumps, air compressors, and gas compressors. Exposure to medium to large-scale industries for service offerings is essential, with preference given to candidates with experience in the CGD industry. Strong communication skills, both internal and external, along with self-motivation, creativity, and critical thinking capabilities are crucial for success.
