You will play a critical role in aligning logistics strategies with project timelines, managing international and domestic shipments, and ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, planning, and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute logistics strategies tailored to facade project requirements, ensuring timely and safe delivery of materials to construction sites.
• Oversee transportation and distribution of facade components, including route planning, fleet management, and coordination with specialized carriers for oversized or fragile loads.
• Manage international logistics operations, including import/export of aluminum profiles, glass panels, brackets, and other facade elements, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory standards.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, planning, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure synchronized material flow and site readiness.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Experience:

  10–12 years in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the construction or facade industry.

• Skills:

• Expertise in logistics strategy, transportation of facade materials, and international shipping.
• Strong understanding of project-based logistics, including just-in-time delivery and site coordination.
• Familiarity with handling high-value, fragile, and oversized facade components.
