Head of Legal Affairs

About the Role

Sanghinagar, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Land & Property Matters:

• Handle due diligence, title verification, land acquisition, leasing, and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and vet agreements related to land and property transactions.

Corporate Legal Affairs:

• Advise management on corporate governance, company law matters, and statutory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, and other corporate documents.

Revenue & Government Coordination:

• Manage matters related to revenue departments and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Act as liaison officer with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and statutory agencies.
• Represent the organization before various government departments as required.

Advisory & Risk Management:

• Provide strategic legal advice to management on business operations and new projects.
• Identify potential legal risks and ensure preventive measures are in place.

Desired Profile

• Law graduate (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
• Minimum

  15 years of progressive legal experience

  , preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate sectors.
• Strong exposure to

  land/property matters, revenue-related issues, and government liaison work

  .
• Must have experience in handling matters before NCLT & NCLAT.
• In-depth knowledge of

  corporate laws, regulatory framework, and compliance requirements

  .
• Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders, government officials, and external agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
