Location

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of KOL BD / Head of Growth to join our

leading crypto exchange. This pivotal role will drive our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) &

Community Operations strategy, expanding our global presence through influencer

marketing and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the KOL strategy to enhance brand exposure and recognition.
• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and industry websites.
• Negotiate business deals and create cooperation models to optimize promotional growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL promotions, implementing improvements based on data analysis.
• Stay abreast of market trends to refine promotional and social media activities.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align KOL initiatives with broader business strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of KOL Marketing Managers and Community Operations Managers.

Job Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or a related field, with at least 3 years in the crypto industry.
• Skilled in finding and negotiating with crypto segment KOLs and community resources.
• Proficient in creating promotional plans and using various promotion methods.
• Familiar with major social platforms such as X, YouTube, Telegram and Facebook.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Hindi / Arabic).
• Willingness to travel and work with international teams.
• Proven track record of leading and managing successful teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and trends.
