Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead international sales operations and business development for woven and block bottom bag products across target regions: North Africa and the Middle East.
Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies to drive sustainable revenue expansion.
Identify and build strong relationships with key distributors, cement producers, and packaging clients.
Manage and mentor a team of regional sales managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Oversee pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization with strategic partners and customers.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to advise on strategic adjustments.
Partner with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry forums globally.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

10-15 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the PP woven sacks, block bottom bag, or related industrial packaging sector.Proven record of managing international markets, specifically in Africa and the Middle East.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned geographies.

Additional Details
The position reports directly to the Managing Director.
