Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development & Execution

  • Franchising Strategy:

    Develop the comprehensive legal, financial, and operational framework for the scalable

    Master Franchising model

    .
  • Market Entry:

    Lead target market assessment and execution, including competitive analysis, regulatory compliance, and localised adaptation of the service model.
  • Financial Oversight:

    Own the international P&L, build multi-year royalty projections, and manage the expansion budget.


Partnership & Deal Closure

  • Partner Acquisition:

    Identify, vet, and secure master franchisee partners with proven operational expertise and capital strength.
  • Deal Negotiation:

    Lead high-value negotiations to structure and close robust franchise agreements, ensuring favourable terms for territory rights and performance.
  • Legal Compliance:

    Ensure all agreements and operational transfers strictly adhere to international foreign investment and business laws.


Operational Governance & Transfer

  • Service Standardisation:

    Oversee the transfer and localisation of Hoora's operational playbook, technology platform, and

    Vehicle 360 service standards

    .
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Establish rigorous governance protocols and monitoring systems to ensure franchisee compliance, service quality, and performance against growth targets.



Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience (Mandatory)

    :

    10+ years

    in senior roles focused on international business development, strategy, or high-value franchising.
  • Franchising Acumen

    :

    Proven, verifiable experience in establishing and executing

    Master Franchising or Multi-Unit Franchising

    models.
  • Service Sector Background:

    Expertise in large-scale

    Service sector franchising

    or mobility/automotive services with high operational complexity and a focus on standardisation.
  • Deal Closing:

    Demonstrated track record in structuring, negotiating, and successfully closing complex, multi-million dollar international agreements.
  • Cross-Cultural Leadership:

    Exceptional skills in cross-cultural negotiation, communication, and managing external partner relationships.
